For the school year 2019-2020 we’d like to pursue three experience proposals that we tried out during the last triennium in collaboration with the neighbouring schools, with the aim of continuing the class sessions with the students of the secondary schools of second grade.
Both individual and class session – as long as available – needs to be planned with the school board according to the amount of hours and peculiarities.
Quality elements proposed:
Format addressed to the class and feasible for the triennium;
Format addressed to the individual student;
Mixed setting, theatre and school;
Guidance and supervision by professional trainers of the cultural sector;
The educational program can be organised independently from the educational background.
Areas of interest and events
Cultural projects management and team work (November 2019): this route is recommended to the fifth year classes, entire class group. An intensive week in theatre to prepare and organise the national event OPERA EDUCATION EXPERIENCE, November 9-10, 2019. A weekend full of activities for the training of teachers, educators and workers of the early childhood with practical workshops and round tables to offer a preview of the 2020 edition inspired to Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi. The proposal addressed to families is bigger and richer: music activities, experience workshops, animated reading, concerts and shows for everyone.
The Crafts of the theatre (January – June 2020): this route is recommended for the triennium and can be done individually or with the entire class. It is a real immersion in the theatrical machine, to discover the roles and the process of the artistic production with the guide of theatre experts and a theoretical preparation.
New formats for the music theatre (March 2020): this route is recommended for the triennium. An intensive weekend during the preparation of OPERA CRIME, new immersive experience of music theatre where the audience interacts and chooses the final scene by using an app. Detailed analysis of audience engagement, multimodality and back stage.
